I've just done a documentary for Radio 4's Artworks strand where I try to reconcile my love for hip hop music with whether I can share it with my teenage son. The music is incredible, but some of it is... spicy to say the least.

I speak to among others, Romesh Ranganathan and my childhood friend Babou Ceesay, to try and figure out what to do. Listen here!

I'm a freelance newsreader at Times Radio a few times a month. This basically means I write, edit, sources clips, drive the desk and read the news on national radio.

I helped launch a Friday evening radio show aimed at the African and Caribbean communities in the southeast of England, airing on BBC local radio in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Solent, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire.
